My name is Seline REi (they/them). and I'm a freelance artist based in the United States. I have been drawing for as long as I can remember, but I officially started doing digital art in 2014, having a Wacom Bamboo tablet as my first start. And now in 2024 I own a Wacom Intuos Pro and I use Clip Studio EX & Photoshop CC as my softwares of choice.I specialize mainly in character designing! Before I even understood what "character design" was I knew I enjoyed it. Art Policy

By commissioning me, you're automatically adhering to my terms of service. Do not resell or use artwork commercially. Your only right is for personal usage and not for profit including NFT, blockchains, any type of cryptocurrency is prohibited period.
DO NOT USE MY ART/DESIGN FOR OR WITH A.I. ART & DESIGN. My art/design is to be no part of it.
This is a 100% way to be irreversibly blacklisted
The art is mine. Please credit me for the artwork.
You can re-upload the image but only when credit is given.

Time

★ Estimated timeline: ~one month for project completion. Time may vary depending on other ongoing artwork or project commitments. I will notify you in advance if there is a large queue affecting the timeline.
★ If no updates or delivery are provided within a month, feel free to send a follow-up message.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

★ Ensure that you are fully committed to proceeding with the commission.
★ You may cancel the commission only if work has not yet begun. Otherwise, cancellation may result in irreversible blacklisting and no refund will be provided.
★ In the event of cancellation after work has started, you forfeit all rights to the unfinished piece and are not permitted to use or receive it in any form.

WORKS IN PROGRESS

★ I will provide one or two WIPs if I need clarification or if you request them. A maximum of two WIPs will be provided. Any additional requests will incur a fee of $5.50 due to the time commitment.
★ If there are issues in the WIPs, please point them out based on the original references provided to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.
★ Revisions based on new information not included in the initial reference materials are not guaranteed. If you request additional revisions, a fee of $5 to $10 will apply, depending on the complexity of the changes.
★ Do not repeatedly inquire about the completion date. Excessive messaging will result in blacklisting.

payment

★ All trades/sales are final. No refunds will be given.
★ Payment must be made through PayPal only.
★ Payment is required within 24 hours of the purchase date.
★ Payment plans are available for purchases of $200 or more with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Failure to complete the payment plan will result in the design being re-listed for sale and the buyer being blacklisted. (Situations may vary)

restrictions on transfers

★ Do not resell, trade, or gift designs to individuals who do not have accounts on the following platforms: Toyhou.se, DeviantArt, Furaffinity, or a public Instagram account.
★ Designs cannot be transferred to individuals who are blacklisted or banned.
★ Toyhou.se designs must not be deleted. If you wish to restrict access, a simple notification such as “Hey, locking character” is sufficient.

design ownership and usage

★ Personal Use Only: The artwork and designs are for personal use. For commercial rights, please contact me to discuss terms.
★ Do not claim original designs/art as your own.
★ Designs and artwork cannot be used for any commercial purposes, including NFTs or any blockchain/cryptocurrency-related uses.(you did not pay for my work)
★ Do not use my art/design for or with AI-generated art and design.

reselling and design alterations

★ Designs created after April 8, 2023 can only be resold if additional artwork has been added. Do not include free art as added value.
★ Designs created before April 8, 2023 fall under the previous terms of service, where reselling is allowed only with extra paid artwork.
★ A gifted or traded design loses all monetary value and cannot be resold. Violation of this rule will result in irreversible blacklisting.
★ designs are not to be resold/traded directly after obtaining. One month mandatory cooldown before reselling or retrading.
★ When reselling or trading designs, the new owner must be informed of these terms of service.

design modifications

★ After purchase, you are allowed to make minor changes to the design, but it should not be altered to the point of being unrecognizable.
★ Regardless of edits, credit me for the original design on the first public use across any media where it’s posted.
★ POC (Persons of Color) designs, which will be clearly stated as such, must not be altered to change their ethnicity.
★ When reselling or trading designs, the new owner must be informed of these terms of service.

★ These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without prior notice. I am not obligated to inform you of changes.

blacklist

Some designs have specific or different set of rules please follow the ones listed per adopt. Above lists the Global T.O.S.
Points highlighted in bold override any custom rules, unless specifically stated which will be marked
I have the right to decline an offer or refuse to business with you without giving you an explanation.I will not sell nor trade my designs to a person who has previously broken T.O.S, blacklisted or not.

✧ Commercial Rights License

You will receive a single license with LIMITED Commercial Rights for your chosen adoptable/design. This license applies to one person, the purchaser, and does NOT give the purchaser exclusive rights to the design—copyright of the original artwork and design remains with the artist Afrokijo/Afrokaiju.This license is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you resell/trade the design, commercial rights must be purchased by the new owner by contacting me. A design that has been traded has a monetary value of $0 as stated in ADOPT T.O.S.LICENSE PERMIT:
✧ Unlimited physical or digital end products for sale
✧ Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets
✧ Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
✧ Unlimited broadcast and streaming lifetime viewers
✧ Inform the artist Afrokijo/Afrokaiju when using the design in any new commercial venture not agreed upon at the time of purchase: small press self-publications, physical and digital prints, Patreon, ko-fi, etc.
✧ The design (or altered design based on the original character design) can not be given, sold or traded to corporations and brands for commercial use without consulting the artist.Our PayPal transaction for this license is your proof of purchase. This commercial license does not expire.

✧ Public Blacklist

These people are banned from owning all works, including designs/adopts, trade arts, and also commission artwork by AfroKijo/AfroKaiju and/or any other alias I, the artist may go under. Do not sell, trade, resell, gift, give to any of these people on this list, or you’ll be blacklisted as well. Do not witch hunt after these people or ask for the reasoning.**These names may or may not be removed at some point or it’s permanent. **

★ Art Trades for characters will be sent AFTER character transfers are complete! You will only receive a watermarked thumbnail of image before transfer!
★ Do NOT request me to draw a character that is more complex than what I'm trading for
★ Backing out of trade after you have already accepted (without telling me) and/or I have already started your piece you will guarantee you are publicly & permanently blacklisted/blocked.

★ Do NOT put a value on my art when trading art for a design/character it is null and void (you did not pay for my work)
★ My art does not add any monetary value to your character but you can add it as trade worth
★Art Trade worth should be put in description upon character transfer

★ Turnaround time is at minimum 2 week, the max is a month. Art takes time. Have patience!
